Where is this sport headed?
Years ago sanctioning bodies provided services to tracks and clubs. As these sanctioning bodies have shifted their focus to attracting racers to larger more national events, the regional markets have been forgotten.
Everyone has a home track or club in their history.
80% of kart racers started racing at their local track or club. These tracks are closing at an alarming rate. Kart Tracks of America set out to do to find out why. Without clubs and smaller market tracks, we have fewer new kart racers coming into the sport. That means in the not too distant future larger series will also suffer. Our sport is slowly dying.
Fixing the bedrock of motorsports.
Karting has provided a solid stepping stone for all levels of motorsport. If we allow those stones to shrink, we lose a very vital segment that will affect all of motorsports. Kart Tracks of America wants to help prevent that from happening.
We play the cards sanctioning bodies have left on the table.
Kart Tracks of America wants to help build a better future for karting. In doing so, all other series, tracks and clubs will benefit! As we grow and produce a better local and regional market, we also grow a better national market down the road.
How does a track or club get involved?
Soon KToA will establish membership structure levels. Clubs, tracks, and event promoters can become members of Kart Tracks of America at an affordable fee. Members will have detailed marketing, and operations programs catered to their specific needs, goals, and budgets. This sport was built on the backs of many active leaders. Those leaders are slowly aging out of the sport. we need new leaders and better direction for our sport. Karting needs FRESH ideas and directives.
Kart Tracks of America wants to help provide that new focus while allowing the sanctioning bodies to do what they need to do and that's SANCTION!

Kart Tracks of America is not an insurance provider. We are a data provider. KToA helps to collect data from Motorsports insurance companies so clubs and tracks can make the best possible insurance choice for their business model, racers, and families. Karting insurance is tricky in that there are very few insurance companies that provide karting liability coverages. So we must continue to support those companies productively to keep kart racing healthy, growing, and well supported with the insurance that's best suited for your facility or events needs.
Marketing Plans
Every business needs a sound marketing plan to survive. Yes, you need to treat your club and or track like a business. Starting from an understanding of your target market, we will develop a plan with easy-to-follow steps. KToA will develop a marketing structure to welcome growth, and provide value to clubs and tracks and thus attract more racers and sponsors! KToA helps with rule book implementation, race day operations, front and back gate management, and track staff organization.
In the future: KToA hopes to bring back a certification process for Trackside Support and Tech Staff. Our next step is to work with sanctioning bodies to help create a certification process to produce key vital personnel who are so desperately needed at all levels of karting. From the front gate to the tech barn, we need well trained staff at all kart racing events.
